Sole: 6 mm light flat Vibram® Superflex. 
 
Usage: These sandals are suitable for long walks and bicycle rides. Their construction is as lightweight as possible, they lack hard elements and do not have to be unfastened. The comfortable sole is both flexible and dense enough to compensate for uneven and bumpy surfaces.

The inner dimensions of this model are described in the table below. The foot length should fall within the range in column "RECOMMENDED FEET LENGTH". The circumference around the widest part of the toes should be close to the numbers written for each size in column "MAXIMUM CIRCUMFERENCE (TOES)".
 
Important: "USABLE INNER LENGTH" measurements in the table below equal the length of the inner sole, as the front end of the sole is not limited by any stitching (this is an open toe box model).
If you have a specific midfoot, instep or ankle, you must provide us with the additional measure of circumference ankle-heel as seen here. This measurement will help us determine if we need to change the length of the ankle strap.

ZEAZOO RECOMMENDS: Always choose the size you usually wear.
If you frequently face problems finding your best size because your feet are wide, then choose WIDE sandals.
If you are between two widths, it is better to choose the Regular option.
