SHIPPING COST

For Europe: 8 euro

For everywhere else: 11 euro

PLACING THE ORDER

Once your payment has been processed you will receive a further email to confirm your payment has been processed and accepted. Once we ship your purchase, an e-mail shall be send to you to confirm order and delivery period expected.

Once you place your order, and after the receipt of your payment,  we need about  5-7 working days to produce your order, if it is not in-stock. Currently we have many models and standard sizes in-stock, so we can offer you similar product in-stock if the ordered pair/s need 5-7 days to be produced.

DISPATCHING THE ORDER

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after you place the order or the product/s are produced and are shipped as a priority mail, that takes about:

1) Europe: usually 3-5 working days (total: maximum 2 weeks since you've placed the order until you receive it).

2) Everywhere else: usually 5-10 working days  (total: 3 weeks since you've placed the order until you receive it).

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date or by a particular period. Sometimes the delivery period is longer than those described in points 1 and 2 above, due to force major reasons.

We will provide a tracking number for your delivery to check its status online. Some parcels will be delivered by your national postal service, other by a local shipping company or DPD.
